All advance bookings need to be collected from our corporate office in Delhi. Upon collection, tourists will receive a receipt of the deposit as a confirmation.
The charges may vary slightly based on the chosen package, selected hotels, and mode of transportation. Deposits are 50% refundable if informed 30 days prior, but after 25 days, the amount becomes nonrefundable.
For packages booked during the festive season of Christmas and New Year, bookings are nonrefundable. The same applies to rail and air reservations, which can be purchased only against full non-refundable deposits.
Privacy Policy: Squid Travel values your privacy and ensures that all your information is securely held by us. It will never be shared with any other party for commercial or personal purposes. The information collected here is solely for providing better services and booking tickets. However, in the case of legal issues and in compliance with Indian Government intervention, we may need to disclose your information as required by the country's laws.

Air Route: As discussed above, cancellation refunds are only applicable when the Squid Travel India is informed prior to 30 days of the trip. For reservations made under the instant purchase and special air flights, no amount will be refunded. Secondly, the travel company will not be liable or accountable for any delayed flights or train departures. In the same regard, no compensation can be demanded from the company for such discrepancies.
Rail Route: The train ticket becomes non-refundable one week prior to the reservation. If you inform us at least one week ahead, you can claim 40% of the amount. However, for instant reservations and tickets booked on trains like Palace on Wheels, there are no refund policy guidelines, and no amount is refunded in such circumstances. Similarly,Squid Travel India is not liable for any delays in the departure of the train, and no compensation can be claimed from the company.
For any booking, we need a deposit and the balance will be collected at the time of your arrival. However, for travel during peak dates such as Christmas, New Year, or festivals, full payment in advance will be needed to confirm your reservation.
